  elimination of malpractices, alleviating the burden of multi-level marketing enterprises and reinforcing participant protection.
Acting according to the amended version of the Regulations for the Establishment and Administration of the Multi-level Marketing Enterprises and Participants Protection Institute, the MLMPF comprehensively reviewed and revised related internal regulations and presented the results to the Commission for approval. On Oct. 16, 2023, the Commission approved the five endowment-related regulations and agreed to abolish six internal regulations. Subsequently, the Commission also ratified the Regulations on Issuance of Rewards for Reporting of Activities in Violation of Articles 6 and 18 of the Multi-level Marketing Supervision Act on Nov. 6 in the same year. In the future, the Commission will continue to supervise the missions of the MLMPF and enhance its functions.
Promoting benefits and preventing malpractices
● Assisting multi-level marketing businesses with their digital transformation or their personal information protection reinforcement
● Adding the provisions that the MLMPF may issue rewards for parties reporting illegal multi-level marketing practices

Reducing burden
● Dividing Protection Fund fee payment into 11 brackets to reduce the burden of enterprises and increase fairness in payment
● Announcing conditions for multi- marketing businesses to stop paying annual fees depending on the financial situation of the MLMPF
Enhancing protection
● Making the mediation system more convenient
● Relaxing the advance payment procedure
● Deleting the limitations on provision of assistance in lawsuits
