Fair Trade Commission Annual Report 2024
The study entitled "An Empirical Analysis of Enterprise Pricing Strategy Involving Concerted Actions in the Digital Economy" was completed after a number of discussions in scope and deep in terms of coverage. The fact that the FTC won the Concurrences Annual Antitrust Writing Award again this year (2025) proved how much the FTC values and invests in digital economy issues. It also shows that the FTC’s law enforcement research is internationally recognized.
