The Guidelines for Concerted Actions of Enterprises in Response to Environmental Sustainability were based on 12 key strategies for achieving net zero by 2050. Enterprise practices likely to lead to competition problems and the assessment procedure were indicated and related scenarios were listed. At the same time, enterprises were reminded to apply for exceptional concerted action permission when considering that the measures taken under environmental sustainability.
Furthermore, to make it easier for enterprises to abide by the law, the FTC also designed an “Enterprise Self-evaluation Checklist” to help the enterprises check whether the measures taken to achieve environmental sustainability complied with the Fair Trade Act regulations and evaluate whether they needed to apply for exceptional concerted action permission.
