The content of the database includes the basic information of the 12 competition law systems in APEC’s 21 member economies, APEC/CPLG annual meeting data, and links of APEC member economies’ competition authorities with international competition organizations in relation to regional competition policies and cooperation.
(3) The Fair Trade Quarterly
To promote research and development in fields related to the Fair Trade Act, the Commission releases the Fair Trade Quarterly, with four issues a year, which contains Chinese and English treatises associated with fair trade regulations. In 2024, 12 treatises were in the Taiwan Social Sciences Core Index (TSSCI) of the Research Institute for the Humanities and Social Sciences of the National Science and Technology Council. The Commission is the only administrative agency with such an honor.

(4) Large seminars
To promote Fair Trade Act and competition policy research and development and encourage the domestic academic sector to invest in research on competition law and policy, besides commissioning scholars and specialists to conduct related projects, the FTC holds a large academic seminar every year to stimulate research in the realm of competition law and policy and boost the development of Fair Trade Act theory and practice in the country.
