(3) Signing a competition law application protocol
Under increased globalization and the trend toward a digital economy, signing competition law application protocols is the best way for competition authorities to enhance law enforcement coordination and cooperation. In order to expand the global cooperation network in the realm of competition law, the FTC signed a competition law application protocol with the National Competition Commission of Paraguay in Taipei on Nov. 15, 2024.
