(2) Hosting an ICN Merger Workshop
As an important international competition organization, the ICN plans and holds workshops on core competition law issues each year, including on mergers, cartels and the abuse of market power, to promote exchange and cooperation between competition authorities around the world. All these workshops are significant events for competition law enforcers. With the support of international peers, the FTC had the opportunity to host the 2024 ICN Merger Workshop in Taipei.
