Basis: Article 51(1) of the Administrative Procedure Law
Main Text of the Notice:
The period of handling an application by the Fair Trade Commission for approval of concerted action filed pursuant to the proviso of Article 14 of the Fair Trade Act is three months; if necessary, an extension may be made.
